The Samvidhan Leadership Program is a nationwide call to action. We are building a movement that connects youth, grassroots leaders, social activists, and powerful voices on social media with the Indian National Congress and the White T-Shirt Movement — forging a new generation of leaders from women, Mahadalits, Extremely Backward Classes, Pasmanda communities, Dalits, OBCs, minorities, and EWS groups who will carry the fight for social justice to every corner of this country.

Dignity of Labour
Every worker in this country is entitled to dignity and rights. This objective focuses on organising workers at national scale, raising their collective voice, and ensuring a life of dignity for every labourer.
Participation and Representation
To enhance the political participation and leadership of marginalised communities in every state and district. The aim is to build awareness of constitutional rights and social justice from the grassroots up.
Caste Justice
To conduct a nationwide caste based census and ensure the fair distribution of power and resources across India, with representation at all levels of governance.
Selected participants will serve as Community Organisers and Mobilisers in every district and state across India. They will organise communities, educate people about their constitutional rights, and build a new generation of national leadership, ensuring the voices of marginalised communities rise together from every part of this country.
What is the White T-Shirt Movement?
The White T-Shirt Movement is India's first justice-based political initiative for the working class and marginalised communities. It aims to build a powerful movement through social dialogue. By bringing together the efforts of youth and workers, it strengthens their collective power and enhances their ability to negotiate and advocate for their rights.
Who Can Apply?
This is a call going out to every state, every district, every community across India. If you are socially and politically active, working at the grassroots on issues of social justice, or have a strong voice on social media platforms, we want you in this program.
Women, Maha Dalits, Extremely Backward Classes, Pasmanda Dalits, OBCs, Minorities, and individuals from the EWS category are especially encouraged to apply.

Your Role Will Be
Organization
Mobilise people across your district and state. Lead campaigns, workshops, dialogues, and community activities both online and on the ground, contributing to a nationwide network of organised voices.
Education
Promote awareness of constitutional rights and social justice among marginalised communities across India through digital tools, social media, and direct engagement.
Movement
Be part of a national front standing firmly against casteism, communalism, and all forms of discrimination and injustice, amplifying the collective voice of millions across every state.
